About Go2Andaman
The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are among India’s most breathtaking destinations – pristine beaches, world-class diving, ancient rainforests, and a complex network of islands accessible only by ferry or seaplane. Yet for most travellers, planning an Andaman trip has historically been a maze of unreliable information, fragmented booking systems, and anxious guesswork around permits, ferry schedules, and seasonal access.
Go2Andaman was built to change that entirely. As a destination-exclusive travel company, their expertise runs deep: they understand every island’s permit requirements, every ferry route’s seasonal reliability, every hotel’s real value, and every water sports operator’s safety standards. Their mission is to make island travel simple, structured, and trustworthy – for first-time domestic travellers and international adventurers alike.

THE PROBLEM
Go2Andaman's Core Challenges
Island travel is inherently complex – and before the platform existed, that complexity was Go2Andaman’s biggest barrier to growth. Travellers were confused, hesitant, and defaulting to generic travel aggregators that couldn’t match the depth of local expertise Go2Andaman possessed.
Inter-Island Transfer Confusion
Andaman’s ferry network is complex – routes, timings, and seasonal availability change constantly. Travellers had no reliable way to plan island-hopping without direct expert help.
Permit Regulations Maze
Several Andaman islands require Restricted Area Permits (RAP). Foreign and domestic travellers were routinely confused, booking trips to islands they couldn’t legally visit.
Seasonal Planning Anxiety
With monsoon closures, peak-season crowd management, and activity availability varying by month, travellers had no reliable guide to when to visit and what to plan for.
Losing Bookings to Aggregators
Without a direct online booking experience, travellers defaulted to MakeMyTrip and Cleartrip – losing Go2Andaman margin and relationship continuity with every booking.
No Mobile-First Experience
Over 74% of Indian travel research happens on mobile devices, yet Go2Andaman had no optimised mobile experience – losing the majority of potential customers at first contact.
Beauty Not Being Shown
The Andamans are visually spectacular – but the existing digital presence failed to capture and communicate the islands’ stunning landscapes, driving low emotional engagement.

We audited the existing digital presence, interviewed the Go2Andaman team on their most common traveller questions, and studied 6 months of support queries to identify every confusion point in the pre-booking journey

We mapped four traveller personas - the honeymoon couple, the adventure seeker, the family planner, and the international tourist - identifying distinct information needs, trust triggers, and booking decision moments for each.

We structured the platform's full content architecture - destination guides, island permit pages, seasonal planning tools, package listings, and booking flows - so that every traveller question had a clear, findable answer before they reached the enquiry form.

An immersive, visually-led design system built in Figma - bringing the turquoise waters, white sand beaches, and lush greenery of the Andamans to life through photography-first layouts, ocean-inspired colour palettes, and typography that balances wanderlust with trust.

Full front-end development with package enquiry flows, itinerary builder, ferry planning guides, and CMS - cross-device QA'd across Android and iOS mobile environments and performance-optimised for India's varied mobile network conditions.
